Loving cancer
I have cancer, I am not cancer or a disease. I have a delicate body, I am not weak. I
am in pain, I am not suffering. I am going through a painful experience that some
of you have gone through and some others will never.

The body also speaks
Disease is a language of the physical body which questions the continuity of the
being. In my case, cancer has shown me how connected I am to life through my
environment and my loved ones.

Dignity Therapy is a treatment to address the emotional and existential distress of
people facing illness, based on reinforcing dignity: personal worth as a being
endowed with free will.
Tenderness Therapy
Tenderness is an expression of love. It manifests itself in gentle, delicate, sweet, kind,
affectionate, benevolent behavior. Tenderness leads to being sensitive to showing the
vulnerability, fragility, pain, and suffering of human life.
The Hug Route
The Hug Route is my dream for the final journey. I have been a nomad all my life, living here and there, firstly because I am adventurous and always searching, secondly because I had no choice but to go into exile, and thirdly because I made cooperation and traveling the world my life.
